How long does it take to receive my order?

At Bonus Life Collective, we work with print-on-demand (POD) suppliers to create your custom products. Processing times typically take 2–5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary based on your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of print-on-demand (POD) products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot restock or resell items. Please double-check your size, design, and customization details before completing your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at connect@bonuslifecollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
